3. Orders and Delivery
All delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Service performance, delivery speed, refill availability, and completion times may vary depending on platform conditions and external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be completed. In such cases, eligible funds will be returned to your SMM.RED account balance.
Private, restricted, deleted, unavailable, or incorrectly submitted links may result in delayed delivery, incomplete delivery, or order cancellation.
4. Pricing
All service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and accepted by the system.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes;
- Submit misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited content;
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform;
- Place duplicate orders that may interfere with service delivery;
- Use multiple providers simultaneously on the same link when such usage may affect service accuracy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Payment disputes or chargebacks;
- Abuse of the platform;

Any remaining balance may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.

SMM.RED does not own, operate, or control any social media platforms.
We do not guarantee: future engagement, sales or revenue, account growth, retention rates unless explicitly stated, or any specific business outcome.
Changes made by third-party platforms may affect service results at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
SMM.RED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for account restrictions, content removal, platform actions, algorithm changes, or any actions taken by third-party services.
9. Referral Program
The referral program allows users to earn a reward on successful balance deposits made by users they invite. The current reward percentage and program terms are shown on the referral program page in your account dashboard.
No reward is paid on deposits made by users who hold "Reseller" status.
We reserve the right to change the terms of the referral program, including the reward percentage, at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to void referral rewards obtained through fraud, click manipulation, or other bad-faith activity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
