Refund Policy
1. General Policy
SMM.RED operates using an account balance system. By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Automatic Refunds
If an order cannot be delivered, canceled by the system, or fails due to a service issue, the eligible amount will be automatically credited back to your SMM.RED account balance.
3. Partial Refunds
If an order is only partially completed, the value of the undelivered portion will be automatically credited back to your SMM.RED account balance.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Successfully completed orders;
- Orders placed with incorrect, invalid, unavailable, or private links;
- User mistakes during order placement;
- Changes of mind after an order has been submitted;
- Delays that remain within normal service operation;
- Results affected by actions taken by third-party platforms.
5. Account Balance
Funds credited to your SMM.RED balance may be used for future purchases on the platform.
Account balance is not a bank account, payment account, or stored-value financial product.
6. Deposits
Once funds have been credited to an account balance, they are intended for use within the SMM.RED platform. Refund requests are reviewed solely at SMM.RED's discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By using SMM.RED, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the associated account;
- Cancel pending orders;
- Restrict future access to the platform;
- Investigate the payment activity.
8. Fraud Prevention
Accounts involved in unauthorized payments, stolen payment methods, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or other suspicious activity may be suspended without notice. Refund requests related to fraudulent activity will be denied.
9. Policy Changes
SMM.RED reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
